Deepam Trust's 16th Annual Educational Scholarship for Poor Students!

Deepam Trust, Velachery, Chennai, a government-registered trust, has for the past 28 years been relieving people's hunger every day. In addition, as an ongoing social service, to help students who have completed Plus Two (Class 12) and who are socially and economically disadvantaged, from families living in poverty, to continue their higher studies, for the past 15 years Deepam Trust has every year interviewed more than a hundred poor and needy students and provided them with educational scholarships.

We are happy to share that, to date, 1352 dear students have received a total of ₹80,60,965/- in educational scholarships. Deepam Trust bows to, blesses and rejoices in the benevolent souls, donors and living divinities who, out of concern for society, have generously given ₹80 lakhs over the past 15 years for the education of poor students.
